Founder

Jess founded Nexus not long after beginning her superyachting career as a Chief Stew. She saw how crews moved between boats and took every standard with them — and how most boats still ran on paper that was hard to update or search. Every tool she found was too complex or built without the crew in mind, so she built her own.

Nexus didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began aboard, watching boats lose hard-won standards every time crew changed — so the platform was built to keep the vessel’s systems, preferences and operational memory with the boat.
